GETZ
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday (today) in St.
Patrick's Catholic Church, Pana with Rev. William Kessler officiating.
Visitation was 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Kennedy & Sons Funeral Home,
Pana with a 7 p.m. Rosary. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery,
Oconee. Memorials: Sacred Heart School. She was reared in Oconee, attended Oconee Sacred Heart School, member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and was a dairy farmer's wife. She married Glen F. Getz on May 4, 1940 in St. Louis, MO. He preceded her in death in 1955. She is survived by daughters, Mrs. Dave (Ann) Bailey of Herrick and Mrs. Larry (Carolyn) Kiefer of Pana; three granddaughters; one grandson; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, father, one brother and four sisters. WALTER
JOHNSON, JR. There will be a private service at a later date. The body was cremated. Arrangements were made by Hohlt & File Funeral Home in Vandalia. Memorials: Donor's Choice. Mr. Johnson was born November 4, 1941 in Vandalia, the son of Walter Guy and Marjorie Ann (Sakach) Johnson. He was operator of Johnson's Wholesale Store in Vandalia; an Army veteran; affiliated with Mother of Dolors Catholic Church and Vandalia Eagles Club 3901, Vandalia Moose Lodge 31447, Crawford-Hale American Legion Post #95, Vandalia. He is survived by his parents, brother, Michael Johnson of Ramsey; sisters, Patricia Wefer of McDowell, VA, Teresa Thomas of San Diego, Calif. GERALD
KOEPKE Mr. Koepke was born April 19, 1916, the son of William Henry and Leota (McDaniel) Lindhorst of Ramsey and Herrick area. He married Virginia M. Keopke who preceded him in death on October 15, 1987. He is survived by son, Dennis Keopke and wife Mickey; daughter, Mrs. Dean (Linda) Malawski; four grandchildren; nephew, Paul Moore of Ramsey. He was preceded in death by his wife, three brothers and a sister, Ruby G. Moore of Ramsey. DONALD
MOORE Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Allen & Sutton Funeral Home, Fillmore with Rev. Harry Kirk officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery, Bingham. Mr. Moore was born October 1, 1924 in Coffeen, the son of Clarence T. and Mildred (Benda) Moore. He was a retired farmer and a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in WWII as a Medical Corpsman, president of ATA #378, Crawford Hale American Legion. He married Lillian Matilda Walstrom in 1974 in Ramsey. She preceded him in death on December 2, 2006. He is survived by his step-grandson, Captain Jon Quinlan of Japan; sister-in-law, Mary Lockwood of Ramsey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and step-son Joseph Patrick
Quilan.
